3) Stay on schedule. We’ll help you plan ahead so you stay consistent. Credits expire if unused, but you can bank one for up to 60 days.

Do credits roll over?

Credits are intended to be used monthly and expire if unused, but you may bank one unused credit for up to 60 days. If a new credit would exceed that 1-credit bank, the oldest credit is forfeited—we’ll help you schedule so you don’t lose value.

How long is $149/month available?

It’s our Limited Time Launch Pricing and locks for up to 12 months while you remain active and in good standing. After launch spots are filled, new enrollments are expected at $159+/month. Members who joined at $149 keep that locked rate for 12 months.

Can I add an extra facial this month?

Yes. Members may purchase an Additional EV Skin Club Credit — Anytime for $149 and book at any available time. It must be used within the same billing cycle and doesn’t roll over. Price may change in the future.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment is declined, all membeship services, booking, and redemption pause immediately until the payment is resolved. If unpaid by Day 14, the membership cancels and any banked credits are forfeited.

How do I cancel?

There’s a two-payment minimum. After your second payment, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice using our cancellation form.

Are add-ons included?

Add-ons aren’t included in dues. From time to time, we offer member-exclusive pricing on select enhancements; availability and pricing vary by location, device, date, and provider. Add-ons are billed separately and provided only when clinically appropriate.

Can I use either location?

Yes. Redeem your credit at either En Vogue Medi-Spa location; we’ll place you where the right device and appointment time are available.

• Dues: $149/month during Limited Time Launch Pricing; expected to be $159+/month for new enrollments after launch spots are filled.
• Minimum term: Two (2) monthly payments required before cancellation; 30-day notice after the second payment.
• Credits: One (1) credit issues on each successful monthly billing. Credits are intended for monthly use and expire if unused. Members may bank one (1) unused credit up to sixty (60) days; if issuance of a new credit would exceed the one-credit bank, the oldest credit is forfeited.
• Additional visit: $149 per extra visit in the same billing cycle; no rollover; price subject to change; members-only; non-transferable; subject to availability; not combinable with BOGO/special-event pricing.
• Birthday perk: $25 service credit during your birthday month (services only; not dues/retail/tax/gratuity); eligibility requires two successful payments and an active account on the first day of your birthday month; no cash value; non-transferable; not combinable with BOGO/special-event pricing; expires at 11:59 PM on the last day of the birthday month; no retroactive issuance.
• Failed payment: Services/booking/redemption are on hold immediately if a payment is declined; if unpaid by Day 14, membership cancels and any banked credits are forfeited; a reactivation fee may apply if rejoining after non-payment.
• Clinical discretion: All treatments performed only when clinically appropriate, at provider discretion.
