Booking Appointments

Booking an appointment is quick and easy! Appointment requests can be made directly on our website here or by contacting The En Vogue Front Desk at (215) 355-5777 for our Southampton, PA location or (215) 774-3415 for our Newtown/Langhorne, PA location. Our team is super helpful, and here to answer any questions you may have!

We encourage our patients to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays, as our schedules typically fill up quickly. En Vogue also encourages pre-booking your next appointment at the conclusion of each appointment or session, especially if you have a treatment package or series, or a treatment that requires a follow-up visit.

As part of our commitment to seamless scheduling, we kindly ask that you have a valid credit card on file for all appointments, regardless of the service or associated fees. This helps us ensure a smooth booking process and confirms your appointment. If you forget to provide your credit card details upon booking, no problem at all! We’ll reach out with a friendly reminder. However, please note that if we haven’t received your credit card information within 24 hours, your appointment will be automatically canceled to accommodate other patients.

Is There Anything I Should Do Prior To My Appointment?

All Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, and Laser Vein Removal Procedures – We ask that patients ensure the treatment area is clean-shaven before their appointment (we recommend shaving the day before). If the treatment area(s) are not shaved upon arrival, and if time permits, shaving of the area(s) may be performed at our facility, with a $25 shaving fee applicable to your treatment. However, if there is insufficient time to complete the shaving process and we are required to reschedule due to the treatment area(s) not being adequately prepared, a late cancellation fee of $25 will be charged for each treatment area.

All Laser Hair Removal Procedures – we ask that patients refrain from waxing, plucking, or tweezing for a period of 4 weeks prior to your scheduled treatment. Please take a moment to review the Laser Hair Removal pre-treatment instructions provided here.

All Laser or Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Procedures – Due to safety precautions, please refrain from tanning within 3 weeks of your treatment date. Should you arrive at your appointment with sunburn or excessively tanned skin on the treatment area, we will need to reschedule your appointment to a later date. Please be advised that a late cancellation fee will be charged if rescheduling is necessary due to sunburn or excessive tanning. Additionally, any course of antibiotics should be concluded at least 2 weeks before your appointment.

All Laser Vein Removal Procedures – Patients are advised to bring a pair of compression stockings for use directly after their procedure.

All Non-Invasive Body Contouring Procedures – Patients should not use lotions, self-tanning products or any other skin care products on the treatment target areas on the day of your appointment.

Appointment Reminders & Confirmation

En Vogue Medi-Spa Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked months ago!

SMS/Text & Emails – For your convenience, appointment reminders will be sent via text and/or email, giving you the option to confirm. If we are unable to reach you, please keep in mind that it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and late cancellation fees. Please note, texting “cancel” to your appointment reminder will not cancel your appointment. Phone Calls – The En Vogue Front Desk will call with an appointment reminder if you do not confirm through En Vogue’s automated appointment (text/email) reminder system. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times. Arrival & Check-In

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, for your initial appointment. This appointment will require paperwork including a brief medical history form, and consent. For any other appointment types, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Late Arrival

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment. However, please note that to prevent delays for other patients, the appointment start time may be adjusted or the service time may be abbreviated. If you are running late or experiencing a delay, please notify The En Vogue Front Desk by calling (215) 355-5777 for our Southampton, PA location, or (215) 774-3415 for our Langhorne, PA location, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your appointment.

Late Cancellation & No Show

Once your appointment is scheduled, En Vogue Medical Providers, Medical Aestheticians, Laser Technicians, Body Treatment Specialists, Support Staff, Procedure Rooms, Treatment Devices, Treatment Products, and Supplies are all reserved and prepared in advance especially for you.

Late cancellation fees are necessary due to the unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated for each patient’s appointment. We do understand that sometimes schedule conflicts arise, and adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request that you please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to make any changes to your scheduled appointment time(s).

Late Cancellation: Providing less than 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment will be considered a “Late Cancellation” and will incur the corresponding late cancellation fee.

No Show: Patients who are not present for their appointment will be considered a ‘No-Show’ and charged the applicable late cancellation fee. Additionally, patients who ‘No-Show’ will be required to provide a valid credit card for future appointments with written authorization to charge the full price of the booked service in the event of a 2nd no-show or late cancellation.

Late Cancellation Fee Structure

Please note – the late cancellation fee will vary depending on the service(s) scheduled:

  • The standard late cancellation fee is $50 per service or service area. If an appointment involves a combination of multiple services or service treatment areas that are regularly sold separately, multiple late cancellation fees will be applied accordingly. For example, if you have scheduled both a Hair Restoration Procedure and a BOTOX Cosmetic Treatment, you will incur a late cancellation fee of $100.
  • For Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, and Laser Vein Removal, the late cancellation fee is $25 per area. It’s important to note that these services are priced and scheduled based on specific treatment areas. Therefore, the late cancellation fee is determined by the number of treatment areas booked. For instance, if you late cancel an appointment involving Upper Leg (XLG Area) Laser Hair Removal and Lower Leg (XLG Area) Laser Hair Removal, two distinct late cancellation fees will be applied, reflecting the reservation of time for each treated area. Thus, the total late cancellation fee will be $50.
  • For CoolSculpting, CoolSculpting ELITE, Morpheus8, Ultherapy, FemiLift, Thermiva, and Fractional Laser, there’s a fixed late cancellation fee of $200 per appointment, regardless of the treatment areas. Typically, a $200 deposit is required for these services. If the deposit has not been applied toward a rendered service or treatment, and you late cancel or no-show, you’ll forfeit the deposit. However, if the deposit has already been applied to a treatment session or has been depleted, then the $200 late cancellation fee will be charged.

The late cancellation system is automated, meaning this charge is automatically added to your account and cannot be waived. Continuation of ongoing treatments or the booking of new services will be temporarily suspended until all outstanding late cancellation fees have been settled in full. Please understand that late cancellations disrupt our scheduling, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your cooperation in honoring appointments or providing sufficient notice for cancellations is greatly appreciated.

Age Requirements

We adhere to strict age requirements to prioritize the safety and comfort of our patients:

  • Individuals must be at least 18 years old to undergo any treatment or cosmetic procedure without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Patients aged 14-17 may be eligible for certain treatments with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. In the instance that a patient is under the age of 18 and is receiving one of our treatments, we require that a legal guardian be present during both consultation and treatment. 
  • Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
  • Out of respect for the comfort, safety, and serenity of all our guests, as well as for treatment providers focusing on rendering services, we kindly request that young children do not accompany patients during their visit. We ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

Complimentary Consultations

We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional support and guidance on your aesthetics journey. To initiate this journey, we offer complimentary consultations, each scheduled for a duration of 15 minutes.

  • Should your consultation with a nurse or doctor extend beyond the initial 15 minutes, a consultation fee of $100 will be applied for every additional 15-minute increment. This fee will be credited toward your chosen service or treatment.
  • For consultations exceeding 15 minutes with a medical aesthetician, laser technician, or body technician, a consultation fee of $50 will be charged for every additional 15-minute period.
  • In the event of a second consultation for the same service, the fee structure will be as follows: $50 for the initial 15 minutes, followed by a charge of $100 for every additional 15-minute period. These fees will also be deducted from the cost of your subsequent treatment or service.

Appointment Deposits

We want to assure you that when you make a deposit for your appointment, it’s not just a payment—it’s a commitment. This commitment ensures that we have all the necessary resources, including time, space, treatment supplies, our providers and dedicated support staff, ready to give you the best experience possible during your scheduled appointment. While deposits are non-refundable, they ensure that everything is in place to accommodate your needs and provide you with the exceptional service you deserve.

Is An Appointment Required To Purchase Products?

At En Vogue Medi-Spa, we take pride in offering a wide selection of top-tier medical-grade skincare products, ensuring they are easily accessible for our valued patients. You are welcome to browse and purchase any of our high-quality skincare products, vitamins, or supplements without needing an appointment. If you already have your eye on specific items, we recommend giving us a call ahead of your visit. This way, a dedicated En Vogue Team Member can have your selections prepared for a swift and convenient checkout experience. For added convenience, we also offer curbside pick-up for all products. Alternatively, you can explore and purchase many of our products directly from En Vogue’s online store.

Product and Service Returns

At En Vogue Medi Spa & Plastic Surgery Center, we are committed to maintaining an environment built on excellence, quality, and, above all, the safety of our patients. In line with this commitment, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products. It is our policy not to resell any returned items, regardless of whether they have been opened or not.

If you’re dissatisfied with a product purchased from En Vogue Medi-Spa & Plastic Surgery Center or our online store, we invite you to return the unused (unopened) item with a dated receipt within 14 days of purchase. We’ll be happy to exchange the item or provide an account credit.

Please note that treatments, services, and procedures are non-refundable. However, we may issue EV Credit to your account for any unused treatments or services. For promotional or package treatments, credit will be issued after deducting the full standard price of the individual treatment sessions.

Once credited to your account, EV Credit can be utilized towards any other treatment, product, or service at En Vogue Medi-Spa & Plastic Surgery Center.

Updated Medical Conditions

To better serve you, we ask for your cooperation in informing us if you have any new medical history, changes in medication, or recent procedures that have not been communicated to our staff. Please relay this updated information in advance of receiving any treatments or using any of our medical-grade products. Certain medical conditions, such as pregnancy or recent illness, are vital for our providers to be aware of in order to best provide for you and avoid contraindications.

Precautions and Contraindications

Some of our services are not recommended for persons who are pregnant, have allergies or specific medical conditions, or are taking certain medications such as Accutane, Steroids, Antibiotics. If you are under the care of a physician, please be sure to inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or special requests.
