Your appointment and experience at En Vogue Medi-Spa & Plastic Surgery Center is important to our team. En Vogue’s policies allow us to provide a higher standard of care; therefore, we have implemented them to provide you with an exceptional experience. Please note, when you schedule an appointment, that is your acceptance of our policies. Please take a moment to review the information below.
Booking an appointment is quick and easy! Appointment requests can be made directly on our website here or by contacting The En Vogue Front Desk at (215) 355-5777.
We encourage our patients to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays as our schedules typically fill up quickly. En Vogue also encourages pre-booking your next appointment at the conclusion of all appointments if you have a treatment package or series.
Is There Anything I Should Do Prior To My Appointment?
All Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, and Laser Vein Removal Procedures – We ask that patients have the treatment area clean shaven before they arrive for their appointment (we usually recommend that you shave the day before). If the treatment area is unshaved, we may have to reschedule or have a $25 shaving fee applied to your treatment.
All Laser or Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Procedures – Due to safety precautions, it is important to note that tanning within 3 weeks of your treatment date is not recommended. If you arrive at your laser appointment with sunburn or excessively tanned skin on the treatment area, we will have to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
All Laser Vein Removal Procedures – Patients are advised to bring a pair of compression stockings for use directly after their procedure.
All Non-Invasive Body Contouring Procedures – Patients should not use lotions, self-tanning products or any other skin care products on the treatment target areas on the day of your appointment.
Arrival & Check-In
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, for your first initial appointment. This appointment will require paperwork including a brief medical history form, and consent. For any other appointment types, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but please note to prevent delays for other patients the appointment start time may be changed or the service time may be abbreviated. If you are delayed or running late please notify The En Vogue Front Desk by calling (215) 355-5777 so that we can make the appropriate arrangements for your appointment.
En Vogue Medical Providers, Medical Aestheticians, Laser Technicians, Body Treatment Specialists, Support Staff, Procedure Rooms, Treatment Devices, Treatment Products and Supplies are all reserved and prepared in advance especially for you. En Vogue Appointments are confirmed 48 hours’ in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked months ago.
Appointment cancellation fees are necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to every patient when they make appointments. We do understand that sometimes schedule conflicts arise and some adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to make any adjustments to your scheduled appointment time(s).
Providing less than 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment will result in a late cancellation fee of $50. The late cancellation system is automated meaning this charge is automatically added to your account and cannot be waived. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

SMS/Text & Emails – For your convenience, a reminder for your appointment will be sent either via text or email, which you are able to confirm. If we are unable to reach you, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the late cancellation fee. Phone Calls – The En Vogue Front Desk will call with an appointment reminder if you do not confirm through En Vogue’s automated appointment (text/email) reminder system. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times. Is An Appointment Required To Purchase Products?
En Vogue prides itself on carrying some of the best medical grade skin care products available today and making sure they are easily accessible for our patients. An appointment is not required to purchase any of our high-grade skin care products, vitamins, supplements or meal replacement plans. If you already know which products you would like to purchase, we recommend calling ahead of your arrival so that an En Vogue Team Member can prepare your items for a quick and convenient check-out. Curbside pick-up is available for all products at this time. You can also purchase products directly from En Vogue’s online store.
Product and Service Returns
We are constantly striving to create an environment founded in excellence, quality, and most importantly – the safety of our patients. For this reason, we cannot buy back or refund any opened/used products or items. It is against En Vogue Medi Spa & Plastic Surgery Center policy to re-sell items that have been returned, even if they have not been opened. If you are unhappy with a product purchased from En Vogue Medi-Spa & Plastic Surgery Center or from En Vogue’s Online Store, please return the unused (unopened) item with a dated receipt within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange the item or issue an account credit.
Treatments, services & procedures are non-refundable. EV Credit may be issued to your account for unused treatments & services, however, credit for remaining un-used promotional or package treatments will be issued only after applying the full standard price of the used treatment sessions.
Once issued to your account, EV Credit can be used toward any other treatment, product or service at En Vogue Medi-Spa & Plastic Surgery Center.
Prices & Promotions
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure that we provide our patients with the latest and greatest treatment technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and medical aesthetics menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, promotions, and products are subject to change at any given time. Special offers and discounts may not be combined.
Patients must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatment or undergo any cosmetic procedure at En Vogue Medi-Spa & Plastic Surgery Center without the consent or accompaniment of a parent/guardian.
As a courtesy to all of our patients, cell phones must be silenced when entering En Vogue Medi-Spa & Plastic Surgery Center. Cell phones must be turned off when entering the treatment/procedure areas.

Groupon & Third-Party Vouchers
Groupon and Other Third-Party Vouchers are a great way for new patients to see the dedication of our team as well as the quality of our services. The Groupon Voucher is an introductory offer for new patients scheduling a service at our Medical Spa & Plastic Surgery Center for the first time. If you have been to En Vogue Medi-Spa & Plastic Surgery Center before for any service or treatment, this means you are ineligible to redeem an additional Groupon Voucher.
We have strict policies in place and strongly enforce these policies for promotional Groupon & Third-Party Vouchers. Vouchers are limited to 1 per patient, gifted vouchers also apply to this policy, fine print stated on the Groupon. Third-Party Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Please note En Vogue Medi-Spa & Plastic Surgery Center reserves the right to redeem any Groupon or Third-Party Voucher in the event of a no-show appointment or late cancellation.
Some appointments may require deposits at the time of booking services. Appointment deposits are non-refundable and serve to reserve our medical staff and our equipment specifically for you and your treatment.
